A 30-minute call to align expectations
Congratulations, you passed our basic requirements! Now we want to check if we’re good cultural fits for each other In this call, we will align our expectations (job requirements, start date, etc.) and answer any questions you have.
Testing your skills with a case study
The exact nature of your case depends on the team you applied to it might be an ad-hoc or take-home case with a set timeframe (which we will define in collaboration with you) we will clarify the rules during the First Step!
Final interview with one of our managing directors
You will meet one of our manager directors - either Julius or Simon - as well as your future team lead We will discuss your answer to the case study, and we will clarify any open questions you might have We value your time, so within three days of the final interview, we will respond to you with a hiring decision.
Optional: meet the team
Since we want you to be able to meet your future colleagues beforehand, we also organize a lunch with the team in this setting, you can ask whatever comes to your mind in a more relaxed fashion Disclaimer: due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic, this is currently an online meet the team or skipped.
Our employees can choose to work from anywhere in Germany or from the office. They only need to ensure that they are available for our core working hours.
We meet in person for team days to stay connected and develop as a team. We schedule our team days at the beginning of the year.
We leave our desks in the office empty and clean so that everyone can pick her/his favorite desk in the morning – first come, first served.
We provide our team members with technical equipment if needed.
