WHAT YOU NEED TO START YOUR MISSION:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience creating product(s)
- Great Figma or Sketch skills
- Experience with building and maintaining design systems
- A project portfolio (or website) showcasing work examples
- Excellent English and German communication skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with Adobe Suite
- Desire to work cross-functionally as well as on your own to impact the direction of where a product is developing
- Experience in going from an idea to an end-to-end product design is a big plus
- Qualitative and quantitative user research knowledge
- Experience working with an engineering team
- B2B product design
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and venture developers on different UX/Design projects
- Within the Product team: improvement of the Status Quo and shaping the digital solutions we’ll build in the future
- Having ownership of tasks covering the whole design process, which includes supporting user research, facilitating workshops, or completing designs
- Designing experiences that will allow people to use complex technologies intuitively and with ease

The Product and UX team at wattx consists of Product Managers and Product Designers. We are an international bunch of people with different backgrounds and skill sets, and each team member is remarkable in their own right. We focus on delivering the best experience possible for our users and external partners across our products. wattx operates within Construction, Manufacturing, and Prop Tech, creating a real impact while focusing on Sustainability. We are a team of engineers, data scientists, product managers, designers, and venture developers. We identify opportunity areas and then conduct research and ideation sessions. Next, we prototype, vet, and develop the solutions that evolve from these sessions and develop them as projects with our parent company Viessmann and other clients from Mittelstand and our broad network of partners.
