Your responsibilities as part of OneClimate team
- Ensure the implementation of OneClimate's marketing strategy
- Grow and manage OneClimate's community over social media: creating messages for different user groups and channels and engaging with our users
- Coordinate our user acquisition campaigns across all channels
- Prototypes, designs, and tests ad concepts
- Analysis of marketing performance (cohorts, metrics) and communication to Biz & Product
- Conceptualize and maintain the OneClimate website
- Work closely with design and product to align marketing efforts with product releases and support OneClimate's presence in the Playstore & Appstore
Qualifications we are looking for
- You have a proven track record in a consumer-facing communications role
- You can showcase practical experience in digital marketing, communication, and social media
- You are a strong communicator and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- You have a high degree of initiative, curiosity and creative drive, as well as a team-oriented, structured, goal- and solution-oriented approach to your work
